Getting error when manually adding jdb to SEPM

Hi,

Due to internet issues at customer, we are decided to update the SEPM manually using the JDB file. Downloaded the file this morning,renamed
the zip file to jdb and copied it to the incoming folder - Running SEP 12RU3 .

As soon as I place the file inside the folder, it starts processing it but then after a few minutes the file is named: vd3dfe12.jdb.err ...

Any ideas how to resolve this as we dont want our SEPM's to be out of date. ???
