SEPM 11 Cannot update IPS Signatures

Hello,

I am trying to update my SEPM 11.0 using LiveUpdate. Running LU by clicking Admin>Servers>Download LiveUpdate content.

All other components update fine and LiveUpdate says it completed successfully, but I get the message: "Intrusion Prevention Signatures Win64 11.0 failed to update". When I update content on my clients, the new virus definitions are shown, but the IPS signatures are still the old ones.

My network uses an internal LUA server. When I check LUA, I can confirm that new IPS signatures were downloaded from Symantec, but everytime I run LiveUpdate on my SEPM server they dont seem to work.

Does anyone know what can cause this problem and how to fix it? Thanks!
