SEPM Replication Stopping via command

HI All,

We are running SEP 12.1 RU 1 MP 1 on a windows 2008 environment having a DC-DR setup. We are having DC to DR replication on daily basics and is there any command to disable and enable  the replication between SEPM ?

The GUI steps  that we are following to the same .

1.    In the console, click Admin > Servers.

2.    Under Servers, expand Replication Partners and select a site.

3.    Right-click the site, and then click Delete.

4.    Click Yes.

5.    Log off the console, and then repeat this procedure at all sites that replicate data
