12.1.3 clients not connecting-SEPM not showing

After my post yesterday (See post here).  All my currently installed clients seemed to work well.  But now when I add a new client in Office#1 the client never shows up in SEPM, and the install on the workstation finishes, reboots and connects for a second or so then goes off-line.

I have imported an updated sylink.xml file to the client and it will connect and then immediately disconnect, (still never shows up in SEPM).

I have uninstalled SEP on the client and deleted all related files, then reinstalled with the same result.

I have tried installing to another client with the same result.

I'm stumped! Help!  frown
