Firewall settings for Guest Networks

I've been experiencing issues when trying to remote access into my work computer from my personal laptop. On checking all the program set up, it seems that the reason why it won't allow me access is due to my firewall & anti virus settings being off for Guest Networks.

Please can you advise what I need to do on my laptop in order for me to be able to use remote access and carry out my day's work?
