Scan In Progress on Command Status of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

Hi,

I have Symantec Endpoint Protection Manger 12.1.1101.401 with 200+ clients.

Last August 5, 2013 I issued a Scan command to The Default Group with 200+ clients and waited for the scan to complete. Unfortunately until now the scan has not been completed. And, based from the graph on the console 12.5% is still in progress, 12.9% canceled, 6.9% error and only 59.9% completed.

May I know why is the scan still in progress 'til now and why are there percentage for canceled and error?

Is there a way for the scan to continue as it's supposed to?

I really need help with this.
