"Windows 7 is not Genuine" after installed Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.3

Hi,

We are migrating from SEP 11.5 to 12.1.3.

And we started testing the package on enduser's system, however one of the user come of with an error "Windows 7 is not genuine" after installing the SEP 12.1.3

Any suggestions please.
