Unable to create a case using tech support website for question related to scanning USB drive

I am unable to create a case using tech support web site because version Symantec Endpoint Protection version 11.0.7000.975 is not recognized as a valid entry and it your site is giving me an error message. What should I enter?  My problem is that I need to know if Endpoint Protection will automatically scan an inserted USB drive or how I can scan a USB drive using EndProtection.
