About the password for Import or Export.

I'm using the SEP Client, I had a trouble when I click the "Import" or "Export" button. I used to import and export the policy. but recentlly, It ask me for a password. However, I do not know the password.

i would like to know how to import or export the policy without knowing the password?Thanks for helping me.
