SEP Manager not seeing clients on other sites

Hello,

I recently setup a SEP Manager system for a client.  They have 3 physical sites that are going to be communicating with the manager at location A.  I created installers for each site and have installed at two of the three.  Location A (where the SEP Manager PC is located) populates my clients just fine in the console.  Location B does not.  I am able to ping the server from location B and hit a share drive on it without issues, so there is connectivity there. I'm clearly missing some kind of configuration or perhaps need to open a port to have the client data send correctly.  Will someone please point me in the right direction?
