Back in mid November we migrated SEPM to a new server following the procedure given by your site that uses a different ip and host name for the new server. Since then in the management console it says we have over 300 clients that are out of date.(over 600 that are up to date) All the clients that are listed out of date belong to our remote district offices that connect through a vpn, and our local clients here are all working fine/are receiving updates. When we do an update content on the DO clients, on the command status page it gives the status "not received" for all the clients. If we issue the same command on the local clients they will update fine. Under the client's page, all of the DO clients show they are online (computer with red arrow). The DO clients listed all use XP machines. If you could help us and try to explain why this one group of clients aren't receiving updates it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
