SEP 12 RU4 - Export report- blank csv

This morning I am trying to export from SEPM (about 100,000 entries), and when I am able to save and open in .csv, it is completely blank.

This never happened before. Also we are getting huge amount of network traffic. The data\logs\traffic file is very high (had to delete the .err files)

 

Why is this happening?
