Block Hard Drive .When Attach more Hard drive to computer

Hi,

Pls, help me to fix this! I have a SEP 12 in workstation and running the policy block all usb, cd\dvd . Now discovered . when I attach more hard drive to computer. it was blocked by SEP.  How to fix it???
