Is Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.4 (12.1 RU4) FIPS compliant?

I've searched Symantec high and low and cannot find documentation indicating whether SEP 12.1.4 is FIPS compliant or not.  Does anyone know? 

I have the 12.1.4 release notes and the 12.1.3 FIPS deployment guide.
