Can I delete the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\inbox\content

Our C: drive almost full, then checked C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\inbox\content inside a lot of files, can I delete them to release some space ?
