Transfer to new SEPM

Hello -

I have 3 SEPMs in my environment.  Two of them are going away.  I need to tranfer all the PCs from SEPMs 1 & 2 to SEPM #3. here is my question:

Can I create an install package from SEPM #3 and import the package into the SEPM 1 & 2.  The PCs on SEPM 1 & 2 do not connect to the network during the day and need to be automatically sent the update when connected to the network at night.

Is this possible?
