Server could not process the request

Four new computers are not able to connect to the Symantec Manager. Connection status shows "Server could not precess the request."

Have tried.

-Replace Syslink

-New install of agent with new kit (old removed prior)

Recent change was to insall the Feburary update to the newer version 12.1.4.  Prior computers are still talking with the server.
