I have used the 12.1 database compression tool on 12.1 and it helped.
I have a Windows 2008 R2 non VMWare server that I need space on the C: drive.
I am trying to plan a time I can attempt to move the DB to the D: drive as there is plenty of space there.
But right now I need space.
I only have a hair over 2 gig.
If I can't compress the DB can I delete anything from say programfiles (x86)\symantec\symantec protetion center\inetpub\clientpackages? They are time stamped a couple months old.
Or is anything under programdata\symantec deletable??
Mike
I have read about moving the DB and it sounded fun for some.
So any space creation tricks would be appreciated to start.
