Creating same name group in bulk in SEPM

Hello,

There are more than 500 subgroups with the main group that we have, we need to create 2 group repeately in those 500 subgroups.  Is there a better way of doing this than just right click on each subgroup, click on new group and pasting the group name in there?  any script or anything else thats available?
