Folder listed by Norton with trojan but no folder can be found?

Hi,

got a rash of trojan alerts from Norton 360. When I looked at the location it gives me I cannot find any folder with the files in it. I have searched through the various folders. Gone through and marked "show hidden folders" . Still no folder to be found.

I was looking so I could delete the files permanently as I didn't want them getting loose any where else or attaching to email or such.

Strange pop up appeared as well suggesting I "click" on a clean now button. The pop up looked nothing like a Norton item so I canceled it.

Any pointers out there.

Files are residing in c:\users\administrator\appdata\local\temp\wstemp\ file names    . I am able to find folders up to temp but no wstemp?
