Adding exception for NTP events

How to add exceptions for multiple event notifications for single computer scans (as part of legitimate application behavior) on single computer on a network.

SEPM is sending notifications of scans to 4-5 ports on a single computer.. What is the right way to add these as exceptions, so that we don’t receive notification for this particular event / particular computer / ports..
