SEP 12 scanning exclusion for Program Files (x86)

Hello,

Just a question regarding the Centralized Exceptions policy. We can use the below if we want to exclude something in Program Files:

[PROGRAM_FILES]                The Program Files folder. A typical path is C:\Program Files.

There was an article saying that there is some bug and this will exclude only files/folders under Program Files (x86) and not under Program Files:

Can you confirm if this is really fixed in the latest SEP 12 version? BTW, I did a test using the above, %Program Files%, enabled VPDebug and seems this applied for both Program Files and Program Files (x86).
