SEP 12.1.4013 running exe files from DFS on Win8.1

Hello!

I have read this article http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH206150 and I have the same issue on three computers with Windows 8.1. My SEP client installed is 12.1.4013.4013. As I understand I have RU4, not RU2, so it shoud work.

What can I do?
