Symantec Endpoint Protection integration with AD

I have a question about AD integration in SEP. Now in our SEP  we have general container where user's PC account are stayed. In future we want switch on AD integration, create needful containers and there is a one question: what will happen if PC with for example account 1 (which already has account in SEP but in general container) will come to SEP from AD in new container and will "see" its repeated account in general container?
