Hello,
Our GUP seems to be utilizing 99% of the NIC on the server. As soon as we stop the smc.exe (local) bandwidth utlization goes down. I have the GUP policy set at 10 clients to download simultaenously. when I do netstat -an , I see a lot of clients in Time_Wait . Is this normal? Client version is 12.1.2015
