Folder exclusions using wildcard *

I need to create a folder exclusion to exclude all folders starting with "build". I have several on a drive that are named like Build, Build_1, Build_22 etc. Can I do a folder exclusion from the SEP policy similar to "Add windows folder exception" and the path of D:\Build* ?
