SEP 12.1.4 install rolling back

Good afternoon folks,

I have been struggling to install SEP 12.1.4 on a particular machine for a day now. Every time I try to install the client, it rolls back. I been grazing the forums for a solution, but I thought it would be best to post the logs and find out exactly what is going on.

I have performed CleanWipe to no avail. The machine is running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1. There are no pending updates.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
