SEP Definition out of date

I just installed the SEP on a new desktop and the Antivirus and Antispyware Protection does not seem to work.  After few minutes of installation, the "Protective Threat Protection" seem to switch itself off automatically also. When clicking Fix All, the following window pops up but it does nothing.

I understand that the definition is out of date, but other installed SEP on other PCs seems to work and they all show with the following screenshot.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
