SEPM 12.X: Where to change the 600 ms for IPS?

I am having a hell of a time finding this setting, where when you get the IPS Active Response defaulting to 600ms.  I'd like to edit this but can't find anything in the IPS or Firewall sections in SEPM.  Can anybody point me in the right dfirection?
