Does SEP detect & remove Conflicker Bot?

I'm currently rolling out SEP over a large WAN which is known to be infected with either the Conflicker A or Conflicker B bot. Can I be confident that a SEP scan will deal with this? From what I've read it seems to be much harder to detect than most viruses.
