Hi all. This isn't a major concern but I've noticed on average about 1 SEP client at customer sites sizing above 20 users that there seems to be about 1 Download Insight that is disabled (seen via the daily scheduled report that shows Site Status I think it was).
I've never seen any Download Insight functionality be disabled this way until I upgraded all my clients to 12.1.5337.5000 from 12.1.4 or previous to 12.1.1. It's not necessarily worth heavy troubleshooting unless perhaps I go to enable one and can't so mainly I"m just curious if anyone else has noticed this?
There are a lot of variables but I do have the SEP client set so that one has to enter a password to get into the SEP UI on the client, however I've also noticed that if Download Insight finds a file it doesn't trust it will prompt the user with a dialogue, I've only actually seen this one time so I don't recall if it had the option to dsiable Download Insight or anything.
