Mac Endpoint Clients show "Client is malfunctioning"

Hi..

We're using EPM 12.1.5 for Mac clients only, and we have numerous clients reporting back and AntiVirus Status as "Client is Malfunctioning"

I've pushed new client install packages to them but it doesn't seem to make a difference.  I haven't had a chance to do an uninstall of the endpoint client and reinstall yet as the computers are all in use.

Anyone got any thoughts on how to fix w/out an uninstall / reinstall?
