exclusion file and folder of Exchange , SQL ,Sharepoint,File server and FNP server

hi guys....,

  I upgrade SEMP 12.1.4 to 12.1.5...i create one policy in exception name as ' Exception policy-Server '.

whats my plan is that , ther are some file/folders/extension  not scan through symantec( to exclude that file/folder/extension)..so what are the files/folder/extension will blocked in the following server

                           1.Exchange server

                            2.SQL Server

                           3.Sharepoint Server

                           4.File server

Please help me...
