SEPM 12.1.4104 site replication with SEPM 12.1.5

Dear Community

I have an existing SEPM installation running v12.1.4104.

I am going to set up an additional site and I am only able to locate SEPM v12.1.5 on Fileconnect. Can these two versions run site replication without any issues, or do I have to upgrade my 12.1.4 to 12.1.5 first? I have read that versions should be the same between replication partners, but I don't know if this includes all minor version changes?
