I have to update the server certificate on my SEPM server and am running into an issue with the Private key file.
Here's what I've done and where I'm getting stuck:
In my Management console > Admin > Servers > (my mgmt server) > Manage Server Certificate:
I choose 'Update the server certificate'> 'Certificate and Private Key file'
This is as far as I can get because I can't find a Private key file anywhere. I have the certificate. I've searched for the .der and .pem files with no luck. I have the 'Server Private Key Backup.zip' files in the directory "[drive]:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Server Private Key Backup".
Am I missing something somewhere? I'm stuck and need to get the server cert updated. I've followed the instructions provided for disabling client secure communications during this process and have done everything step by step that I can find the 'How To's' but there's no mention of the Private key file in any of the articles I've read.
Can someone help me out?!
