People,
When I am doing minor upgrade from SEP v12.1RU1 MP1 into SEP 12.1.2 RU2, Symantec has once again crashed quite a few peoples network connection this morning and yesterday.
So far there has been approximately 25% user’s affected mainly on Windows XP OS 32 bit.
What can be done to prevent this from happening again ?
user’s are getting very frustrated and so are we, having to uninstall using CleanWipe tool and re-adding the network drivers everytime there is minor update to the SEP client version.
