What does the SEP client do at startup if it has been turned off for a couple of hours? I have a computer that is frozen with DeepFreeze. It has a maintance window to unfreeze every night for udates etc. I have turned off the full scan options so that it should never do a full scan. The proactive scan is fine. I have also disabled the option to Run an active scan when new definitions arrive. If the computer gets left on it works fine after the first login, but if it restarts, it seems to do something with the harddrive for about 10 minutes making the computer very slow. I have checked all the logs and nothing gets logged that is an obvious problem. Is there anything else to try to see what the SEP client is doing?
