Exceptions for Multiple SQL Servers Advice

Currently the company is using multiple SQL servers, 2008 R2.  Basically, all the paths are the same for each server.  (table shown below) I'm trying to create the best "KISS method centralized exceptions" as possible for the servers.  My idea is to create general SQL exceptions for the paths without the "instance name" and then create specific exceptions for those paths with the "instance name", and then assign the exceptions to a SQL Servers Group.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
