Greetings.
Over the last few weeks i've been noticing a problem with the location awareness component of the SEP client.
I currently have two locations defined for our groups: "Internal" and "External".
"Internal" is the default location and has no conditions associated with it. For clients in this location, i have applied a LiveUpdate policy indicating they should get their updates from the default management server.
Clients switch to the "External" location when they can't connect to the default management server and download their updates from Symantec's LiveUpdate servers over the internet.
I've been using this configuration for some time without any issues, but since i upgraded the clients from version 12.1.4013.4013 to 12.1.4100.4126, they have stopped switching locations when they connect or disconnect from the management server.
The strange thing is that when i move a client between two groups (both with same locations), wait for a heartbeat, and move them back, it always falls to the appropiate location.
¿Anyone having this problem?
