Proactive Threat Protection continuously listed as waiting for updates.

Hello all,

As the title says, I am having an issue with SEP where PTP is continously waiting for updates. I recently had to re-install SEP because I had an issue where PTP wasn't really working at all because its definitions were too old and it wouldn't update.
