Move SEP From SEPM11 to SEPM12 client not allow UNC path

Hi , I install new SEPM version 12, I need to move client from old sever SEPM11 (not upgrade)

I use Clients deployment wizard > Comminication update Package deplyment > select group > remote push > select client > define login credentils (Domain Admin)

In Deployment summary 5 client can deploy, 9 client can't deploy (Deployment status red cross,Communication update status red cross)

I check with KB http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH165133

found client fail to deploy not allow Administrative Shares (hardening) share, but i can manually sylink.xml (smc -stop copy sylink smc -start)

have another way to push deployment ? , Security team not allow to enable Administrative Shares
