Symantec Endpoint Protection Client package problem

Hi,

We installed new symantec endpoint protection version of 12.1.4104.4130, and than we encoutered a problem that when i was need a remote push there is a warning occurs "This host is a unsupported computer but the package is for a different platform.Do you want to continue?". When i choose cotinue all windows versions ( windows 7 pro, win 8.1 pro, win 8 pro...etc ) type looks like unsupported, so i wasnt able to remote push endpoint to clients. Could you please help me?
