I have basic protection policy with advance download components for server groups.
But with Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x64, after upgrade to SEP12.1 RU5, it was keep show the Download Insight is malfunctioning due to an instrusion prevention component and show status Disabled at the Homepage Dashboard.

I try to check the clients and found that the Instrusion Protection Engine is showing version 0.0.0.0. It looks components is missing.

In 12.1 RU4, no this issues at all.

The same basic protection package was installed in couple of Windows Server 2008R2 SP1 and no problem at all.

Please help as still have 65 servers are running in Windows Server 2003R2 SP2, which may not be replace/upgrade due to some reason.
