SEP 12.1.X Old Virus Definitions Email Frequency

I have enabled the Virus Definitions Out-of-date Notification to send an email when definitions are more than 5 days old on a server. No problem. I now get an email when defs are more than 5 days old. The problem is that it sends an email every 3 freaking minutes. Now I remember why I turned the notification off in the first place. Where can I edit the frequency that this email is sent?
