Folder exclusion when use Time Freeze

Hi there,

Iam a IT technician in UTAR-pk, we have been using Toolwiz Time Freeze recently for our computer lab protection. We have an folder exclusion function in this tool which allowed program to run when the protection is on. As we use Symantec Endpoint server base, the definition file will be push to all the clients depends on the administrator person.  

I can successfully add and run any program while protection is on but its not happen for Symantec antivirus. May I have your kind help to guide me the specific file/folder to be excluded?
