Symantec Endpoint 12.1.5 Client slows down the system

I have installed Symantec Endpoint Client with all the features enabled (Firewall,IPS, DeviceControl, AV) feature enabled for 400 systems. But on system running 1GB RAM on Windows XP most of the systems are slow to perform. AS well as on 2 GB memory also few systems are not performing as espected.

If Symantec Endpoint is removed performance increases rapidly. Is there any way to solve this issue.
