Issue with delays in SEP 12.1.5

Since upgrading to 12.1.5, I have continued to notice a tremendous amount of delay accessing the management console. Sometimes it takes well over 10 minutes; sometimes it errors out. Sometimes it takes only 2-3 minutes. The previous version of 12.1.4 never acted this way. My users are also reporting that their desktops seems to be running slower as well. Is there an issue with this upgrade?
