LUA : Export configuration recovery file failed

Hi all,

I'm trying to export my configuration recovery file from LUA but I've got an error message which means "Application error : please contact the system administrator".
To export my file, I'm using : configure menu->Export & "Export configuration recovery file" button.

I'm the administrator and I'm looking for log file which help me to resolve my problem. 

Someone to help me please??

I'm using LUA v2.3
