Symantec endpoint protection 12!

Hi,

My company is using Symantec endpoint protection 12 to protect our servers and clients. Recently my company  just acquires another computer that is using Symantec endpoint protection 12 for main site and symantec protection 11 for a branch site. Therefore there is a requirement to re-join those machines into my company domain. However i am having a problem with SEP that:

1. How can i point those SEP12 PCs in acquired company to my SEP12 management server ? ( how to make those PCs connect my SEP12 server for update and receive new policy if having)
2. How can i upgrade SEP11 PCs to 12 under management of my SEP12 ?

Does anyone have experience on this ? Please help.
